Nostalgia Boho Smocked Top in Black is a long sleeve blouse with a smocked bodice.  It can be worn on the shoulder of off.  The sleeves are embellished with lace placards that are unlined so your skin shows through slightly.  The sleeves are puffed and have an elastic hand at the cuff.  The light weight Rayon fabric is soft and stretchy and has delicate ribbing with black tufts.  The top blouses out from the waist for a flattering cut that hits at the hips.
