Special Holiday Return Policies: All purchases made from November 27th through December 24th, 2020 will have until 1/30/21 to be returned.
For returns that are not done in the store, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or a store credit. We will not return merchandise to you that reaches us after the 30 day time limit, so please be sure it reaches us on time. For in store returns, you must have the item back to us within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It cannot be worn, washed, altered, stained, covered with animal hair, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Non in store returns are accepted within 30 days of your receipt for a refund. Your non in store return must reach the store within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund to be issued.
To complete your return, we require the original invoice that was inside your package to be included with your item when it is returned to us.
Please allow 3 business days to process your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you do not receive notification that a return has been processed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 228 East 2nd Street Casper Wyoming US 82601. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we suggest you return the first item and then purchase the size or color you need.
Exchanges may also be made in store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Fashion Crossroads is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail before they reach the store. Please ensure you have packaged the item to keep it from being damaged during shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please make sure we receive your item within the 30 day return window.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
